Excellent personal care services for my 90+ yr old mom. I’m not able to take my mom to her many doctor appointments and she needs more than just transportation due to her mobility and memory issues. With JTHC my mom is escorted into the appointment, checked in, forms completed, follow-up appointments made and transported back home, safe and sound.

Joy Total Home Care, LLC is a great company. The staff are so nice and caring. The company hired my wife to care for my mother-in-law . We have been with them now for almost 2 years. The administrator calls to check on my mother in-law and also comes to visit.

My dad and I were originally looking for a service for my mom for around four hours a day, however, my mom’s health has declined, so in order to facilitate both parents we elected for 12 hours a day service. When I have a problem with my mom or need advice both aides as well as the owner Joy are ready to help me and answer any of my questions. The aides that take care of my mom are very efficient. The aides as well as Joy has become friends with my mom. In closing, I recommend any one that is from Delaware County and surrounding areas, to consider Joy Total Home Care, this service has truly put my mind at ease for Home Care.
